2024 Ar-Rahnu X’Change Conference, 5 to 6 September 2024 – Palm Garden Hotel Putrajaya, Putrajaya (ARX)
Rakyat Management Services Sdn Bhd (RMS), the franchisor of Ar-Rahnu X’Change (ARX), recently held the 2024 Ar-Rahnu X’Change Conference from 5 to 6 September 2024 at the Palm Garden Hotel, Putrajaya. A total of 74 ARX Outlet Managers from all over the country participated in the conference.
The 2-day conference covered various aspects of discourse such as Bank Rakyat Financial Planning Product Introduction and Knowledge, Fundamentals of Gold Savings and Investment by Mr Khairul Anuar Basri and Professional Customer Service Talk by Mr Zainuddin Ali. In addition, RMS delivered an update on Information Technology (Finance and Information Technology Sector) and Audit & Inspection – Finding and Case Study (Audit Sector).
